Our Mission in high school ministry is to respond to God’s love by following Jesus in loving God, loving others and serving the world.
In partnership with families, CSPC high school ministry seeks to engage students under our care, by helping them to enter into relationship with Jesus, to grow as Christ followers and to send them out as Godly men and women of integrity who will seek to transform their homes, their schools, their teams, their churches, their workplaces and their worlds for Christ.
The Gathering (our version of Sunday School) meets every Sunday morning from 9:15 - 10:30 a.m. in the High School Room in the Watershed.
TNT (That Night Thing) on Wednesday nights is the front door to our ministry! We hope that it's a place that you can bring your friends, have a lot of fun and laughter, spend some time worshipping, and hearing about who Jesus was and about the relationship He desire to have with each of us. TNT meets every Wednesday night from 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the Watershed.
Small Groups meet weekly throughout West Knoxville. Groups are broken up by grade and gender and range from 8-12 people. Contact the Student Ministry office to get connected!
Monthly Mission Opportunities
VMC (Volunteer Minsitry Center, downtown Knoxville) We meet the 2nd Tuesday of the every month at 4:00 p.m. and head to the VMC to serve and feed the homeless in our city. We then grab dinner together downtown and should be back at Cedar Springs by 6:30 p.m.
Camps and Retreats
Doe River Gorge Fall Camp is held November 3-5, 2017. This is a perfect place for students and leaders to go to connect with each other, worship in song and go deeper into God's word.
Summer Camp is a combined middle school/high school camp led by Cedar Springs student ministry & college staff.
Parents, email firstname.lastname@example.org to volunteer! Just put VOLUNTEER in the subject. Can you serve in our Wednesday night concession stand, take pictures, welcome new students, or encourage our volunteer leaders? We can use your help!
