Nursery Age Care

Nursery Care is offered every Sunday morning for children ages birth through two-years-old. The Nursery begins at 8:45 a.m. and concludes at noon. Care is available for all children during both worship hours.

We have 7 infant and toddler rooms staffed with well-trained volunteers committed to the safe care and love of your child. Many of these volunteers have served in this ministry for 10 or more years. We have 4 to 6 Two-Year rooms staffed with volunteer teachers who not only love and care for your child but also teach a short lesson with a craft or activity. A Bible lesson is taught during both worship hours. We believe this is a ripe age for planting seeds of a love for God's Word in little hearts.

All of our volunteers have been screened and instructed in conjunction with the church's Child Protection Policy. We have a Safe Care System designed to provide the best possible security measures for your child's protection. This system includes pagers that are available for parents to be quickly alerted if they are needed.

Classes for 0 - 23 months

These first two years of your child's life are an important stage of development. We have a faithful staff of rotating volunteers eager to show him/her the love of Christ. You can rest knowing your child is well cared for while you worship and fellowship with the Cedar Springs family. You may leave your child in our care during both worship hours on Sunday mornings. Classes for 2-year-olds

Two-year-olds love to learn and we are eager to teach them the Good News of Christ's love for them. Our Sunday morning classes are full of playtime but also structured with a short lesson and a small craft. Our volunteer teachers commit to the same group of students for an entire year, so your child will feel loved and secure. You may leave your child in our care during both worship hours on Sunday mornings.
