REGISTRATION
Registration is a 2-step process. Please register in this order. Make sure to come back here to complete Step #2 after you have filled out the form in Step #1:
1. Register with Cedar Springs for Operation Backyard | CSPC Online Registration
2. Fill out the Operation Backyard Partcipant Info / Medical Release Form

Medical Release Form
In order for your student to participate in activities off of our church campus, you will need to fill out a Medical Release form online OR download a paper form and submit to the Student Ministry office. For any questions, email Lynn Buchanan.
