Facilities
A reservation must be made to reserve the church facilities for any activity. The Guidelines for Facility Use should be carefully followed by anyone using CSPC facilities and is available from the CSPC facility resource coordinator, Matt Shreve (mattshreve@cspc.net or 865.291.5226). He can also provide the necessary forms for making a reservation.
Church members may reserve the facilities no more than one week in advance for personal use for a nominal fee.

The facilities may be scheduled and used when available by members and outside groups for purposes consistent with the purpose and mission of the church. Ministry staff and members may reserve facilities up to one year in advance for church ministry purposes. Weddings are considered personal worship services and are reserved according to separate policies. Go to Weddings page.
