All tuition payments, whether made by cash/check or Automatic draft (ACH) will be due on the 1st of each month and late by the 5th. ACH Tuition is due monthly on the 1st or bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th each month. You can get the form for automatic withdrawal here. Please allow 2 weeks for processing a new ACH sign up.
We also accept credit/debit payments. You can get the form for a one time credit/debit payment here. Credit/debit payments can also be set up on a yearly or monthly basis and you will be charged a small monthly transaction fee. Cash or check payments not made by the 5th will lead to suspension on the 6th, until the account has a zero balance. Tuition is determined by the days and hours the class meets during the year divided by equal monthly payments. You are not paying for scheduled holidays.
Student Drop Policy
If it becomes necessary to withdraw your child from school for any reason please give us at least 2 weeks written notice prior to your departure date. You will owe nothing past that 2 week period. If you have paid tuition in advance a refund will be issued for each subsequent day. If you approach us ON your last day (or a few days prior) you will owe 2 weeks tuition from that day. Withdrawal forms, available in the office or here, must be filled out and turned into the weekday school office.
