Caregiving poses challenges on multiple fronts: intellectually, emotionally, physically, and financially. Sometimes, you find yourself thrust into this role suddenly, while other times it gradually becomes a part of your life. Please join us for connection and meaningful conversation.

Hope & Healing offers a warm and welcoming space to share, reflect, and find comfort in community. Whether your grief is recent or long-standing, you are not alone. Support groups can serve as a vital resource for parents of children with special needs. Taking the time to connect with others facing similar challenges can be a heartwarming reminder that you are not alone. We invite you to our Support Group for caregivers of children with special needs. We spend time together, exchanging strategies and providing tips or helpful resources, and foster a supportive community, relying on one another. This life is not meant to be lived in isolation. Join us to find solace and support among those who truly understand your experiences.

Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week, a time of reflection and spiritual renewal. It offers a chance to deepen our connection with our faith and each other, setting the tone for the sacred days that will follow.

This will be an opportunity for families affected by disability within our church to come together, connect, and enjoy fellowship! Additional support will be provided by a few Adult Sunday School classes, who will help entertain your children, allowing you to have meaningful conversations with other parents.

On the Thursday preceding Good Friday and Easter, we celebrate Maundy Thursday. This day honors the last supper that Jesus shared with his disciples. As believers gather to break bread and share the cup, they are reminded of Jesus' sacrifice and the new covenant established through his love.

On Good Friday, we reverently commemorate the suffering and death of Jesus for our sins. It is a day marked by somber reflection and deep gratitude, as we remember the ultimate act of love and sacrifice.

Buddy Blastis a family respite event for kids (age birth through 21) with special needs and their siblings. Activities for kids will include free play, centers, games, crafts, music, lunch, and gym time. Parents get to pull away and have some much-needed time to themselves, going out for a meal, shopping, attending a movie, or maybe taking a nap. Volunteers are always needed and can register here, as well!

God is actively inviting us to join in His mission. Everyone is welcome to attend our Global Mission Group meetings to learn more about missions at Cedar Springs. At Cedar Springs, the Global Mission Group thoughtfully manages the church’s mission efforts by engaging with both global and local ministry partners, providing support through encouragement and accountability. This group consists of ten smaller teams, each focused on a specific mission purpose.

We invite everyone interested in learning more about Cedar Springs or those considering becoming a member to our New Member Dinner. This event is a wonderful opportunity to meet several of our staff and receive a brief introduction to Cedar Springs' beliefs and ongoing activities.
