What is the Ministry Residency Program?
Cedar Springs Presbyterian’s Ministry Residency is a 5-year initiative to help future ministry leaders deepen their connection with God, discover their true purpose, and become church leaders.
During the program, Ministry Residents will:
Earn a Master of Divinity
Enroll in the Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS) Hybrid (MDiv) Program and earn a prestigious degree that equips you for impactful ministry.
Gain Practical Experience
Spend five years actively engaged in various aspects of local church ministry, learning from our gifted and experienced staff. Monthly rotations in all ministry areas guarantee real, on-the-job training and experience.
Discover Your Gifts
Identify your unique gifts and the Lord’s calling on your ministry through hands-on experience.
Have Financial Support
We provide a competitive salary of $40,000 with comprehensive benefits while covering the cost of seminary education and necessary travel.
