Discussion-based. Community-focused. Christ-centered. The Gathering focuses on these three attributes as we live deeply with one another. We are a group of mostly married couples in our 30’s and 40’s, in the throes of raising children and building careers. On Sunday mornings, you can find us in rmB226, where we engage in enthusiastic conversation with one another before sitting down for teaching. We usually choose topical studies that relate directly to the season of life we find ourselves in, which are led by members of our class. Following a short teaching, we break up into small groups for discussion (our favorite part).  Other than meeting on Sunday mornings, we also make it a priority to be together outside of class every month. Some activities we have found fruitful in the past include: Community Dinners, Men’s Pickleball, Galentines, group playdates, family cookouts, and other adults-only get-togethers (like an evening at TopGolf or a wiffleball game). If you are looking for a group of men and women who are trying to authentically live for Christ through the hectic and/or mundane days of this season of life, then this is the class for you!
