Caring Ministry: Caregiver Lunch

April 10, 2025

Start: 12:00 pm

End: 1:30 pm

Location: Watershed Building - Middle School Room

Being a caregiver is a significant responsibility, one that brings lasting satisfaction. It’s a demanding role that often catches you off guard. Whether you’re looking after a spouse, parent, child, or someone dear to you, it requires dedication, effort, and sacrifice. Caregiving poses challenges on multiple fronts: intellectually, emotionally, physically, and financially. Sometimes, you find yourself thrust into this role suddenly, while other times it gradually becomes a part of your life.

If you find yourself in the position of caring for a family member or friend—whether they’re at your home, in their residence, in an assisted living facility, adult family home, or nursing home—you are invited to join us for lunch, connection, and meaningful conversation. It’s our way of expressing gratitude to you, the caregiver.

We want you to know that caregivers are important to us. We recognize that caregiving is a deeply selfless and challenging endeavor, often overlooked by many. We see you, and we genuinely care about you. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and we respect, admire, and appreciate everything you do.
