Men’s Fire Night
Tuesday, August 11
6:00-9:00 PM

There are some conversations you only have around a fire (or inside in the AC with good BBQ). You eat. You laugh. You tell stories. And somewhere along the way, the conversation gets a little more honest. You start talking about what’s really going on—your marriage, your kids, your work, your faith, your struggles, your hopes. That’s what we’re after at Men’s Fire Night. Not another event where you show up, sit in a chair, and go home. A night to eat good food, worship Jesus, pray honestly, hear from God’s Word, and spend time with other men who are trying to follow Jesus faithfully in the middle of real life.

What to Expect
We’ll start around the table with good food from Dead End BBQ, then have plenty of time to hang out, talk, and connect. We’ll have fire pits set up outside for those who want to gather around the fire. And because August in East Tennessee is no joke, we’ll also have plenty of space inside where you can sit, eat, and connect in the air conditioning. You don’t have to choose between sweating it out and missing the night—come inside or head outside, whatever works for you.

From there, we’ll gather together for worship, focused prayer, and teaching from God’s Word. Nothing polished or complicated. Just men coming together to pursue Jesus, encourage one another, and be honest about what it looks like to follow Him.

Come as you are. Bring your questions. Bring your struggles. Bring your story. And bring a friend.

Why We Do This
We can make discipleship more complicated than it needs to be. Jesus spent a lot of time around tables—with meals, conversations, questions, laughter, tears, and ordinary people. He formed his disciples in the middle of real life. Our hope is that Men’s Fire Night is more than one good evening. We want it to be the beginning of friendships, conversations, and rhythms that continue long after the fire goes out.

Who Should Come?
Every man. Seriously. Whether you’ve been involved in Men’s Ministry for years or you’ve been on the outside looking in, you belong here. Bring a friend. Bring your neighbor. Invite the guy from work you’ve been meaning to reach out to. Come with the men you already know—or come not knowing anyone. You don’t have to have it all together. Just come.

Dinner will be provided by Dead End BBQ, so registration is required to make sure we have enough food for everyone.

Register now and pull up a chair. We’ll save you a spot by the fire—or inside in the AC.

This is the second of two Men’s Fire Nights hosted by the Men’s Ministry. You do not need to have attended the first Fire Night to join us.
