Betsy Palk is the Executive Assistant. She grew up in Northeast TN and began serving on staff in 2007 shortly after moving to Knoxville with her husband, Jonathan. Betsy enjoys running, and now spends her time sprinting after their two young daughters, Lucy and Kayleigh. She also enjoys capturing their family memories through photography.
