Kathy Smith is the Director of Senior Adult Services. She was born in Erwin, TN but grew up in Rockwood, TN. She attended TN Tech University. She has lived in Knoxville for the last 40+ years having had a career in banking before joining the Cedar Springs staff in 1992. She has one daughter, Joy (married to Brad Guilford) and two grandchildren, Charis and Cai. She enjoys reading, and spending time with her grandchildren.
