Lisa Tarantino

Lisa is a Knoxville native and a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, where she earned a degree in English with a minor in Elementary Education. She married her high school sweetheart, Rich, and together they’ve raised three wonderful children—Marissa, Michael, and Christina—all of whom live in Knoxville. Lisa especially enjoys spending cherished time with her grandson, Wilson, who lives just down the road with her son Michael and his wife, Carson. Her family has been attending Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church since 2010. They have loved watching their children grow up in the CSPC community, surrounded by sports, mentors, and a strong foundation of faith in Jesus. After 19 years of teaching in Knox County Schools, Lisa felt God leading her to step into ministry. She is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve as Director of Elementary Ministry and to use her classroom experience in a new and meaningful way. In her free time, Lisa enjoys walking her sweet dog, Archie, curling up with a good book, and spending quality time with her family.
