Rachel King

Rachel is a Knoxville native who proudly bleeds orange and is a graduate from the University of Tennessee. She grew up in the pews at Cedar Springs, where her favorite church memory is locking eyes with her husband, Brian, in the sanctuary choir loft. They hit the right note, married, and have spent the last 22 years harmonizing through the beautiful chaos of raising three amazing kids: Hayden, Mason, and Emerson. For over two decades, Rachel has loved serving on staff at the Weekday School. She considers it a true joy to work alongside such a fantastic team of teachers and to support the wonderful families in the program every day. When she is not at the school, Rachel is happiest spending quality time with her family and getting plenty of affection from her favorite child—their beloved Cavapoo, Rosie.
