Rachel Meeks

Rachel, though born outside of Nashville, grew up in South Texas and in Kansas. She has a degree from Kansas State University in Family Studies and Human Development. After college, she completed a discipleship training program in Memphis, TN. While there she met her husband Sam and had her daughters Elliot and Vallee. Her family moved to Knoxville in the summer of 2023. Rachel has had a heart for children for as long as she can remember, but it wasn’t until she had a relationship with God that her heart for children and their spiritual development began to grow. Rachel grew up in church but didn’t have an understanding of a personal relationship with God until she was in college. For the last 8 years, Rachel has predominantly been teaching at the elementary level and she is excited to transition to ministry. In her free time, you can find her working in her yard, painting, reading, and riding bikes with her girls. She also enjoys being at the beach with her family and extended family.
