Thadd Davis

Thadd grew up in Knoxville, attended the University of TN and received a BA in Psychology and a Minor in Religious Studies. He met his wife, Kelley, at UTK in a jogging class and they’ve been married 32 years. They have a daughter, Izzy, who is a Senior at Bearden High School, where Kelley teaches English. Thadd worked as a recreational therapist before transitioning into student ministry via Cedar Springs & Young Life. He finds the fullness of life hiking, backpacking & road-biking with friends & family. He loves cheering the Vols, and the Braves, reading a good book & walking his dog. The Sports ministry at CSPC represents an opportunity to reach out relationally, discover significant friendships, encourage participants’ ability to play & grow, as well as, cheer on “the least of these.”
