Worship is for everyone – but sometimes for people with disabilities, a typical worship service can present some obstacles. This inclusive worship night is for everyone, and will be designed to make it easy for those with and without disabilities to worship together. This night will be hosted by Cedar Springs Presbyterian in partnership with Joni and Friends, an organization focused on including people with disabilities as full participants in the body of Christ. Whether you or a family member have a disability – or not – join us for a simple night of singing, scripture reading, and a little bit of just hanging out together. Doors will open at 6:45 and the worship night will start at 7PM.

Buddy Blastis a family respite event for kids (age birth through 21) with special needs and their siblings. Activities for kids will include free play, centers, games, crafts, music, lunch, and gym time. Parents get to pull away and have some much-needed time to themselves, going out for a meal, shopping, attending a movie, or maybe taking a nap. Volunteers are always needed and can register here, as well!

The Caring Ministry is hosting a four-part series Dementia Conference and Resource Fair concluding with Part 4 on November 13. This meeting will take place from 9 AM – 1 PM in the Fellowship Hall. The conference will run from 9:00 AM to noon with guest speakers and provided resources, followed by lunch.

This yearly conference provides an opportunity to hear from many of our Local and Global Mission Partners, whom our congregation supports through generous contributions to the Global Mission Fund. Since its establishment in 1974, the Mission Conference has become a annual highlight of the Cedar Springs Mission Ministry. Throughout the week, there will be activities for men, women, and children of all ages, designed to foster relationships and share stories of how God is working through His Church.
